High-Resolution Dual-Color Printing in a Single Pass

The Norwix DC108 combines wide-format printing, true dual-color capability, and HP Thermal Inkjet 4.0 technology in a compact system engineered for demanding production environments.

Print crisp text, graphics, barcodes, regulatory information, and variable data across widths from 4.25 to 8.5 inches. With two independent ink supplies integrated into each printhead, the DC108 produces two-color output in a single pass—without the alignment complexity of separate print systems.

Why Choose the DC108?

True Dual-Color Output

Produce two-color text, graphics, codes, and variable data in one pass. The integrated printhead design helps eliminate the registration and alignment challenges associated with using multiple independent printheads.

Wide-Format Print Capability

Configure the DC108 for print widths from 108 mm to 216 mm, or approximately 4.25 to 8.5 inches. Create tall, seamless images for packaging, mailing, and industrial identification applications.

HP TIJ 4.0 Technology

The DC108 is powered by HP Thermal Inkjet 4.0 technology, delivering sharp, reliable print performance with flexible resolution settings for a wide range of production requirements.

Lower Operating Costs

Dual 775 ml bulk ink supplies reduce the frequency of ink changes and help lower ink costs. Quick cartridge replacement minimizes operator intervention and keeps production moving.

Compact, Production-Ready Design

The DC108 provides wide-format, dual-color capability in a small footprint that can be integrated into new or existing production lines.

Advanced Micro-Recirculation

The DC108 printhead features integrated recirculation by using dedicated thermal micropumps for each nozzle instead of an external system. By firing specific resistors to create a circular flow within U-shaped ink channels, the technology ensures a continuous supply of fresh ink past every nozzle. This Micro-Recirculation eliminates moving parts and prevents nozzle clogging or defects, even after extended idle periods.

Built for Modern Packaging and Identification Requirements

As manufacturers adopt higher-density codes and more sophisticated product identification standards, print quality and available print area are becoming increasingly important.

The DC108 provides the resolution and format needed for:

  • Product traceability
  • Serialization
  • Logistics labeling
  • High-density 2D codes
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Brand protection
  • Variable packaging
  • Late-stage customization
  • Multilingual product information

The system can print horizontally or vertically, providing additional flexibility for different line orientations and product formats.
