TIJ 2.5 driver boards from Norwix come in two styles – V7 (for single Print Head applications) and V6 (for up to 4 Print Heads).

V7 Print Controller Board

• PCB has a small form factor (2.25” W x 4.0” D x 1.0” H).
• All interface connectors utilize header-style interconnects and are on the top of the PCB.
• Power interface is a terminal block.
• Ethernet and status LEDs are available on a board edge
• Components that require cooling are mounted on the bottom of the PCB to allow sink-based thermal control.
• Encoder option for 5 or 24 Volt operations.
• Sensor input option for 5 or 24 Volt operations.
• Misc. input option for 5 or 24 Volt operations.
• 1 Output 60V 1 Amp max.
• Circuitry to extend cable to 1 pen driver is integrated onto the PCB allowing customer-specific pen interface cables to be utilized.
• Rs232 port

V6 Print Controller Board

• Pen connectors are aligned, with pen stall separations, on the bottom of the board to ease wiring to pen drivers and to isolate the pen wiring from other signal connections in an Imager system design.
• All interface connectors utilize header-style interconnects and are on the top of the PCB
• Power interface is a terminal block.
• LED drive signals are available on a header connector for remote display.
• Ethernet connectors and LEDs are available on a board edge for external access in an enclosed system.
• Ethernet connector is available in either Horizontal or Vertical configurations for easy of wiring.
• All components that require cooling are mounted on the bottom of the PCB to allow sink-based thermal control.
• All optically isolated inputs are updated for 12 Volt operations.
• Smart Card compatible pen Stalls are supported
• Smart Card Solvent Bulk system is supported
